From roasting and toasting, to grilling, frying and baking, the Aga is always ready for action. This course explores each of the cooking disciplines to help you and your Aga reach your full culinary potential.

So, whether contemplating buying, recently inherited or simply renewing old acquaintances, with these inspirational ideas your Aga and your kitchen will be very, very happy.

That's Yummy Mummy

Imagine preparing a nutritious meal for your children that is met by smiling faces and enthusiasm. The aim of this course is to do just that, but not just for mums, grandparents, nannies and dads are welcome.

The emphasis is on natural healthy food that can be easily and quickly prepared. We also discuss ways to overcome fussy eating and disguise the good things they simply refuse to eat.

What better way to make children want to eat something than to let them have a hand in making it, we help you to plan recipes where children can get involved in the preparation. The course also covers catering for birthday parties and other seasonal celebrations, with lots of ideas for themed parties and exciting homemade treats to make their mouths water.

The Four Seasons

This course comprises a series of four two-day courses, taking in each season and making the most of the available produce relating to each.

Spring

Welcoming the first fresh fruits and vegetables of the year and new season Welsh lamb, with recipes to enjoy them at their prime.

Summer

Taking advantage of warm, sunny days, perfect for alfresco dining, with quick, colourful and delicious recipe suggestions, with an emphasis on barbeque and picnic menus.

Autumn

Enjoying the early autumn yields of fruits and berries, with jams and pickles, as well as the opportunity to prepare and cook freshly available game.

Winter

Inevitably, the emphasis will be on the festive season, with recipe ideas that can be prepared ahead for minimal stress.

Christmas All Wrapped Up - 1-day

We all dream of a completely stress free Christmas, well, short of letting someone else do all the preparation for you there will always be certain last minute tasks.

This one day course will show you how to keep those to the absolute minimum, with advice and tips on 'prepare ahead' ideas to take you throughout the holiday period and especially that all important Christmas Lunch without any of the last minute panic so that this year you won't be tempted to say 'Never Again'.
