  • Courses Start at 9am
  • For each course applicants are invited to arrive the evening   prior to the start and join us for an informal dinner.
  • All courses are open to non residents.
  • Open themed courses are designed for those wishing to   request a specific style or method of cooking to be included.

  • Discounts are available for those making a block booking
