Meet Penny
Years of travelling the globe, cooking for dignitaries, celebrities and royalty, including a private dinner party for HM The Queen, have equipped Penny Lewis with extensive knowledge, expertise and a love of cooking that resonates in the delectable dishes she creates. During her time travelling across Europe, many clients have taken a great interest in the preparation of her meals, often watching her work in their kitchens. Having returned home and sympathetically converted her 150-year old cottage, Penny is now offering her students the opportunity to do the same and learn the skills that have made her reputation.
"Penny is quite simply a brilliant cook. She has unending patience and calmness, is never fazed, and can always be relied on to produce exceptional food, no matter how important the occasion." Lady Elizabeth Anson
"I will spread the word, it really was a fantastic day." Sue Peachey
"Penny has cooked for us on a variety of occasions for many years. Her meals are imaginative and delicious whether feeding two or forty two! She manages to remain calm and relaxed in sometimes the most difficult of situations. Nothing is to much trouble for her, anything is always possible even with the fussiest of guests. Penny's diligence and
understanding of what is important in the kitchen
makes her the finest cook we have ever employed."
Sir Peter and Lady Ogden
